Bert had just planted the seed and finally managed to evict the Mayor using the excuse of 'not wearing the right safety gear', before realising he needed some water. Fetching the watering can Bert saw that the treehouse was going to grow much faster than expected. It does make you wonder sometimes where Harry gets his stock from!

Here we see the Mayor imparting his many seconds of accumulated gardening wisdom on 'how to dig a hole' to Bert, a fully trained digger. Bert thought he had heard it all when the Mayor slapped him on the shoulder and insisted that "when digging a hole, it is best to always start at the top", Bert looked at him stunned, "Glad to have helped" the Mayor said before releasing him and stepping to the side. Bert shook his head and prepared the hole before planting the seed.
Thanks to a 'leak' from the Journey team we have been down to the new Planet area and caught the builders in action. To prevent any unscheduled plate movement it was necessary to join them all together with yellow bricks (unrelated to the road of that name!) We have, the boss with the Grand Plann! No one seems convinced, which would explain why nobody is paying attention! The chippie is busy cutting the Forresters Green sign down, the Foreman does not look pleased! Presumably when he said 'it was too high' he meant 'bury it deeper'. |
