Hi There! After excellent work by the guys in the Construction Crew we wanted to give you a tour of our little Parisian restaurant ‘Chez Albert’. This little restaurant has it all. Outside there is some bistro seating where you can grab some fresh air while you enjoy the homemade breakfast croissant and tea - or coffee if you prefer. For those balmy summer nights there is the terrace area where Terrance the waiter will bring you your haute cuisine.
Every now and again however, you might find an odd man wandering along and into the white door. This is Pierre L'Ego. He is the resident artist and he lives in the cosy 1 room apartment with a fold down bed and a real fireplace. The apartment is on the second floor but whenever the whim to create takes him, he climbs the outdoor staircase to the attic where he has his studio. Pierre is in his Mondrian phase at the moment and runs the Art Gallery in town.
On the ground floor you can see the special restaurant where a young couple are waiting for their meal and it looks like it might be a special occasion! Terrance has just brought out the champagne from the ornate cabinet for the happy couple and Chef Simon is just about to carve a massive turkey! Chef’s kitchen is full of expensive equipment, a refrigerator stocked with all sorts of goodies, a state of the art cooking range, a chef’s knife rack and plenty of space to cool his special desserts.
I hope you’ll drop by soon.
Hi, I'm Bert L'Ego.
I started L'Ego Construction with my best friend Bill L'Ego VIII straight from college.
Bill and his sons are all about blowing stuff up.
I lead the construction guys here in the planet and there is always something that needs fixing, building or moving.
